Golden Whisper is one of the plants which can be harvested throughout Magalan. It can be directly consumed or used in the following crafting recipes:

• Instructions to make Elixir of Stamina
• Instructions to make Long-lasting Energy Reserve
• Instructions to make Elixir of Quantity

Locations

• One can be found in the poison-filled basement of an installation near the River Delta Teleporter.
• One can be found on the roof of the Converter in South Abessa (once the dome is deactivated)
• One can be found on top of the cliff by the lighthouse (where Jack is being held)
• One can be found on top of the central dead tree in the ruined dome southwest of the Ruins of the Dome teleporter (guarded by spider-type Rippers)
• One can be found near the edge of the cliff by the radio tower at the Hangar in Ignadon
• One can be found on top of the largest dome inside the compound at the Old Factory
• One can be found on the top of the hill located immediately north of the valley of the damned buildings in West Edan
• One can be found on the top of the hill located immediately central north of the Abandoned cliffs buildings in West Edan
• One can be found on top of rock south east of the Converter in East Xacor Teleporter.
