The Domed City is the capital of Abessa and home to Berserkers, Clerics, Outlaws and Alb separatists alike in ELEX. When the teleporter outside this city is activated, the corresponding teleporter outside the Hort is automatically activated.

- Domed City is covered by a power shield of Cleric origin, although Arx reveals it is apparently Alb technology. Touching the shield causes weak but constant damage for Jax.
- In the mission set related to the building political upheaval in the city, the Outlaws and the Separatists are allied with each other, while the Clerics will ally with the Berserkers. With this in mind, choose one of these two sides right from the start and complete the missions according to the intentions of one side to get the most focused outcome in Government Affairs
- The City walls themselves contain "Audio Guide Recordings" from the Old World, talking about the City's early history. Jax can interact with them and listen to their contents; they're essentially audiologs that remain in place and aren't added to the inventory. These Recordings will be added to the Wiki once a way has been found to incorporate them.
