- Talking to Alrik in Goliet, located around the Tavern, and choosing the dialogue options: 'You're looking for rare items?' > ''About these rarities...' > 'What's the catch?' > 'Can you get hold of Alb technology?' will lead him to mention meeting a bounty hunter here just the other day who was trying to track down an Outlaw.
- Most players will probably acquire the quest by finding one of its audio logs, or by visiting its final destination.
